The beautiful, large 8.5 mm cultured Akoya pearl bring this petty flower BROOCH to life.  It sits high above the six, evenly colored and evenly matched  Spinach Jadite cabochons.  Six smaller cultured pearls finish the design.  A 1 1/2 inch brooch, sturdy 14K yellow gold back  with a hook for wearing on a chain.  The clasp is the closing lever type seen early in the 20th Century, so it icould be dated as early as  1930-40 or could be later.

A WONDER OF A TREASURE NECKLACE ~ BEST OF THE BEST

Purchased in Sante Fe, New Mexico it comes with a card which reads " Coral, Leopard Agate, Aventurine, African glass trade beads form the background of this treasure necklace.  Other natural materials include agate, green onyx, carnelian, vaseline beads, jade, malachite, ivory, shell, Ethiopian brass and various types of turquoise.".. "and the Jasper mask was hand carved in Arizona.  The carved iron amulet is from Africa and the pottery shards are authentic native southwest  clay and slips. The sterling silver charms are hand made in Mexico, and by the Navajo Indians".    Of interest, in the three strands I see a small silver bee set with coral, , two  scarab beetles, the white skull with frog on top, the brown carved mask, a silver Aztec head with nose ring, silver pegasus, carved easter island type figure, carnelian mouse or rabbit, silver Kachina,  small silver skull.  Fascinating and fun to wear, the length is about 26 inches.  Vintage estate jewelry, top quality for this type of necklace, from the estate of an artist.  Estimated Retail replacement $700-$900.

1900 DIAMOND & RUBY NECKLACE

Exquisite little pendant necklace, the rigid section of leaves is hand engraved & textured, with a tiny diamond set high in a floret in the center.   The pendant is hinged to dangle freely and is set with a laboratory grown ruby gemstone and another small diamond in floret.  The filigree and narrow "knife edges" of the pendant mark this as Edwardian.  All of the the foregoing is 10K, tested & guaranteed.   The small, attached chain is gold filled.   Total length is just over 18 inches.    Vintage estate jewelry in excellent condition, circa.

DEEPLY CARVED, LIGHT PINK SHELL CAMEO

An old one, circa 1910-20.   The cameo is deeply carved in one piece of pale pink shell so that the bust portion appears near white.  A Roman visage, she has a diadem in her hair, a curl nestling on her neck below the ear, and the face is nicely detailed.  Excellent condition, the hand engraved frame is 10 K yellow gold (marked on the lever clasp).   Antique estate jewelry in excellent condition,  1 3/8 inches.

EXQUISITE EDWARDIAN PENDANT, circa 1915

A really lovely piece of vintage jewelry, the pendant frame is a delicate filigree, enclosing a circlet of tiny, tiny  pearls.  In this time frame the  30 little pearls are likely to be natural pearls as opposed to cultured pearls.  There is a lab grown, synthetic ruby in the center, and one above in the top scroll, and a small pearl in the bail.  The almost 1 1/2 inch yellow gold pendant tests 14K, and it is suspended from an 18 inch gold filled chain.   Exceptionally fine vintage estate jewelry in excellent condition.
