AMAZING CONVERTIBLE RING ~CULTURED PEARL & 14 K

 14K DIAMOND RING ~ CLOSE TO 1/2 CARAT

A feathery spray of white gold & diamonds is tucked into the curve of the 14K (marked) yellow gold ring.  The four diamonds are marquise shape and are about 0.10 carat each, for a total weight of 0.40 carat.   The width, along the length of the finger is 11/16ths, almost 3/4 inch, and the mounting is a nice weight & sturdy.  The bottom of the shank is 4 mm wide.  Ring size is 6, and it can be sized if you need it a bit larger or smaller.   Fine estate jewelry in excellent condition.  Estimated retail value is $850-950.  Super bargain, priced less than wholesale.

14K DIAMOND PEARL RING

The mounting of this ring is particularly elegant.   The center is a 6.5 mm Japanese Akoya cultured pearl of very good quality, white, round and unblemished.   It is set high in a 14K yellow gold mounting that has size open, scalloped loops, graduated in size and corrugated in a shrimp style and each loop is set near the pearl with a 2 mm, 0.03 carat round full cut diamond.   Total diamond weight is 0.18 carat.   Ring size is 4 1/2 ... can be sized larger.   Vintage estate jewelry in excellent condition.   Estimated retail replacement $550-650.

SUPERB USE OF GREEN GOLD & ROSE GOLD

The frame is a ribbon affair of textured green gold with four pink gold flower stations, and the is piercing between the inside of the frame and the raised black onyx plaque.  The plaque contains an inset with 0.08 carat diamond.  The base of the ring and the shank are yellow gold.  Gold tests indicate the gold content to be 12-14K.  Fine estate jewelry, circa 1890-1920, in excellent condition.    Ring size is 5 1/4, the top measures 11/16 inches x 9/16 inches.

ART DECO PLATINUM FILIGREE RING

The Art Deco ring has two Old European cut diamonds bead set in millgrained square illusion heads  The diamonds are  0.68 carat VS-1 clarity, G-I color, and 0.67 carats, VS-1 clarity, G-I color.  There are four square French cut synthetic sapphires, two on each side, bezel set and millgrained.  Ten accent diamonds, old European cut, bead set in millgrained geometric mounting.   Total diamond weight is 1.89 carats.  Total synthetic sapphire weight is 0.40 carats.  The platinum mounting has a split shank heavily engraved with geometric designs.  The top center of the ring measures 7/8 inches x 1/2 inch.  This is a beautifully made ring in excellent condition and with very fine quality diamonds; you won't find a better one.   Ring size is 4 1/2 to 5... Can be sized up several sizes, please inquire.   Appraised by a Master Gemologist:  Total approximate retail value excluding tax $7,575, written appraisal dated Sept. 02 available.

14K CIRCA 1900  EDWARDIAN FILIGREE RING

This fine, white gold, filigree RING is set with six, faceted ruby red moon shapes around a rectangular center.  Though hard to see in the pictures, the rectangular center is filigree and has a clear stone (not a diamond) set in the center.   The filigree itself is in excellent condition with engraving extending down the shank, and five petal flowers and leaves gracing the shoulders.  The red gemstones are synthetic ruby and are the color shown in the thumbnail and the single enlargement.   The center clear stone is unknown, perhaps glass or rock crystal and is slightly abraded.  You can see all of the fine detail on this ring in this  enlargement though please disregard the ruby color as it is inaccurate in this scan.  The top of the ring measures 3/4 inch x 1/2 inch and sits 1/4 inch above the finger.  Size 5 /4 - 6.   Can this ring e sized ... perhaps, but not much.  If you need it larger or smaller let me check with the bench jeweler.   Antique fine estate jewelry.
