Just fabulous.  The domed brooch features four melon shape, ruby red, glass cabachons, tipped at each end with a tri-cluster of rhinestones, separated by large trefoil sections pavéd in clear rhinestones.  The trefoil design is repeated above the basic domed structure.  The clip EARRINGS are especially nice ~ the trefoil design is graduated and overlapped as it follows the line of the ear, above the ruby red drop.  Gold tone, vintage costume jewelry, very nice quality with  no signature.  The BROOCH is  2 1/4 inches, the EARRINGS are about 1 5/8 inches.   Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition.

FOB STYLE, SHIELD BRACELET

Ornate gold tone shield links, some containing faux, simulated jade-green, carnelian & bloodstone  pressed intaglios of Roman soldiers.  The round ones have a faux, simulated jade and opal  and feature a rampant lion,  a caped man with epee,  and a Roman helmet & weapons.  Though not typical of Juliana rhinestone bracelet, the clasp is the same as seen on those.   Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition, 7 1/4 inches x 1 1/8 inch.

ORNATE & INTRICATE  HOBE ROSE BRACELET - STERLING

Magnificent sterling BRACELET, meant to fit closely on the wrist, it is 7 inches long, and at the widest is 1 3/4 inches.  Intricate, many petal roses and rose buds are cupped in the large leaves.  Hand constructed, a look at the back will give you an idea of the workmanship used to make this wonder.  The brooch that arrived here with this bracelet was designed in 1944; the bracelet is probably the same era.   The hidden box clasp is marked Sterling Hobe in a triangle (used 1933-1957).  As contemporary & desirable now as it was then, the massive BRACELET is in excellent condition, has been lightly polished on the front, and tarnish has been left in place in the crevices and on the back.

OPAL & PEARL 14K PENDANT

The opal is very colorful and lively, much nicer than pictured.   Circa 1915-20, the pendant also has a natural (not cultured) Mississippi river pearl.  Those were often seen in this type of pendant in the days before pollution decimated the production.  The PENDANT is about 1 1/4 inches, on a 19 inch gold filled chain.   Vintage estate jewelry in very good condition.

REMARKABLE GLITZ *** SET *** ~~ VENDOME

More than unusual, never seen anything so effective  in ten years.   The BRACELET is on bracelet wire and expands to fits.  It is a double row of rhinestone beads, separated by tiny faceted crystal bi-cones, and made visually stunning with the addition of navy blue beads spaced across the top.   The thirty-four rhinestone beads are all prong  set in silver tone metal.   The opening of the bracelet has two, different size rhinestone beads wired to dangle fetchingly.   The earrings contain nine rhinestone beads, wired to a filigree back and centered with matching blue center.  They are clips with adjusting thumb screw.    The BRACELET is not signed, the 1 3/16 inch EARRINGS are marked Vendome.   Both pieces are in excellent condition.   The Shopping Cart is coded for the set.  The bracelet and the earrings can be purchased individually, please e-mail sparklz2@Sparklz.com   Bracelet $188.00, Earrings $88.00.

CARVED MASKED WOMAN, OVERSIZE BROOCH

Hand carved and painted wood.  This brooch is made in two parts.  The headdress, neck and ears are the bottom layer;  the face and headband section was carved and applied on top of the bottom layer.  The layering  allows the face to be dramatically pierced through at the eyes and mouth, so that there is great depth.   About 4 inches, vintage costume jewelry possibly circa 1940s, condition as seen.

THINK ~~ GENTLEMEN PREFER BLONDES ~~ EARRINGS

Very bold, classic styling.  The EARRINGS are 2 inches total length.  The surmount and the leaflets on the dangle are set with large clear marquise rhinestones, glue set in heavy rhodium plated silver tone.  The edges of the metal around the rhinestones is textured to simulate mil grain.  Hinged below the trifoil surmount and again below the double lobe leaflet.  The faux, simulated pearl, in like new condition, has a rhinestone set floret cap.    Screw back earrings, vintage costume jewelry,  unsigned but obvious quality from a top maker, circa early 1950s, in excellent condition.

AMETHYST COLOR BROOCH

So lovely it speaks for itself.   The marquise rhinestones fan across the top and sizes scale down as they circle to the bottom, where a beautiful  marquise rhinestone makes the finishing touch.  The large, faceted amethyst oval is unfoiled and set in a multitude of claw prongs.   The metal is gray, similar to that used by Regency.   No signature on this piece, 2 3/4 inches, in very good condition .  It appears that a locking mechanism has been professionally added, perhaps in place of a simple C clasp.  Vintage costume jewelry  circa 1930-40.
