UNITED STATES MARINE CORP SYMBOL ~ BROOCH The Eagle, Globe and Anchor is the official emblem of the United
States Marine Corp. The current emblem traces its roots in the
designs and ornaments of the early Continental Marines and the British
Royal Marines. The Brooch is marked Sterling and 10K gold
filled. Possibly 1940s WWII era, vintage costume
jewelry in excellent condition, 1 3/8

THE LONE STAR STATE ~ TEXAS STATE FLAG BROOCH This flag was adopted as the state flag when Texas became
the 28th state in 1845. As with the flag of the United States, the blue
stands for loyalty, the white represents purity, and the red is for
bravery. Signed Sakowitz, the flag is enameled, in excellent
condition, and is 1 1/2 inches.

BOLD PATRIOTIC BROOCH Isn't this one great? It is cast brass with very fine
detail. The Great Seal with stars is above the ribbon reading E.
Pluribus Unum, the wings are spread and a shield covers the central body,
while the talons hold an olive branch on one side and the thirteen arrows
on the other. Vintage costume jewelry, it is old, age
unknown. It has been cleaned as it was very dark. It has
a simple C-clasp and measures 2 1/8 top to bottom.

HIGHLY UNUSUAL MOTHER OF PEARL, EAGLES *** SET *** Mother of Pearl is a beautiful iridescent, natural material
and reasonably easy to work. This unusual NECKLACE is one large, 2
1/4 inch, and two smaller freehand cut spread wing Eagles on a 26
inch gold tone chain. The matching clip EARRINGS are 3 1/4 inches in
length including the narrow surmount. The necklace can be shortened
if desired and the eagles can be space differently as well.
The earrings can be shortened and/or converted to pierced French
hooks. Alteration at no additional
cost. Vintage costume jewelry circa 1950, in

HAPPY SAILOR 14K This curly hair fellow appears to be clicking his heels or
dancing. Sweet 1 3/4 inch pin from the late 1930s, or early
1940s, probably worn on a collar by the sentimental sweetheart of a young
sailor. By Forstner, marked 14K. Vintage gold estate
jewelry in excellent condition. Estimated retail
replacement value $180. |

WENDEL WILKIE for President Enamel flag promoting Wilkie, 1940. Disk on he back slips through
a buttonhole. 5/8 inches.

What EXCELLENT condition in the description means:
Top condition with
no chipping, fading, missing stones, no yellowing stones, no peeling, no worn
prongs or edges. Backs (especially of earrings) may be very slightly worn as
long as the front is still in Top Condition. Replaced stones should be so
perfect in size cut and color that it is virtually unnoticeable. Full definition of all the
