FOB STYLE, SHIELD BRACELET Ornate gold tone shield links, some containing faux, simulated
jade-green, carnelian & bloodstone pressed intaglios of Roman
soldiers. The round ones have a faux, simulated jade and
opal and feature a rampant lion, a caped man with epee,
and a Roman helmet & weapons. Though not typical of
Juliana rhinestone bracelet, the clasp is the same as seen on
those. Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition, 7 1/4
inches x 1 1/8 inch. |

RED DECO NECKLACE Notice the Deco stair step sections of opaque red baguettes where
the three strands are gathered. Wire work, round, oval, saucer &
tube beads make this charming NECKLACE. Vintage costume jewelry,
circa 1920-30, 17 inches, excellent condition. Made in
Czechoslovakia. |

ORNATE & INTRICATE HOBE ROSE BRACELET - STERLING Magnificent sterling BRACELET, meant to fit closely on the wrist, it is
7 inches long, and at the widest is 1 3/4 inches. Intricate, many
petal roses and rose buds are cupped in the large leaves. Hand
constructed, a look at the back will give you an idea of the workmanship
used to make this wonder. The brooch that arrived here with this
bracelet was designed in 1944; the bracelet is probably the same
era. The hidden box clasp is marked Sterling Hobe in a
triangle (used 1933-1957). As
contemporary & desirable now as it was then, the
massive BRACELET is in excellent condition, has been lightly
polished on the front, and tarnish has been left in place in the
crevices and on the back.

HUGE GRAPE LEAF BROOCH ~ 4 INCHES The size is perfect for the understated color and simple
design. A great brooch for a dark suit. Cast in
two layers & assembled, 4 inches probably circa
1930s, very reminiscent in look to Josef designs. Nicely
textured, antiqued gold tone, locking C clasp. Vintage costume
jewelry in excellent condition, no signature.

SUPERB WATERMELON RIVOLI *** SET *** Three lobe leaf BROOCH, a combination of clustered pink and green
rivoli rhinestones above angled lines of emerald green rhinestones, set in
gold tone. The brooch is abut 3 inches x 2 1/4
inches. Matching, clip EARRINGS are 1 1/4 inches.

SPLENDID, EARLY MEXICAN BRACELET FOR SMALLER WRIST! Quality, hand made BRACELET, marked Mexico, D.F, and 0.850 (that's
silver, just slightly less than sterling which is .925, having about 9%
less silver) common usage of silver in the early days. There
are also undiciphered artisan's initials on the curve of the
clasp. The oblong, sectioned football shapes, are, I believe, in
imitation of cowrie shells, which in antiquity were used as money in
Mexico and the southwest. Bracelet length is 6 15/16 inches x
1 3/8 inches. Heavy duty metal, nevertheless, there are 3 or four
shallow dings, barely noticeable. A great piece for the price
if it fits you. Vintage estate jewelry, probably circa 1930s.

SOLD! 0210.. BEAUTIFUL BLUES ~ CULTURED PEARL NECKLACE A beautiful strand of Japanese salt water cultured pearls. High
orient, moderately blemished, round to slightly off round, color
variations, assume dye treatment. Eighteen inches, about 6.5 mm, 14K
yellow gold clasp. Estimated retail $500-$750.

SOLD! 1109.. DUETTE CLIPS ~ RHODIUM STERLING Classic style, the two clips are joined on a duette mechanism.
Heavily rhodium plated over Sterling, 3 1/4 inches. Mild cloudiness
in 4-5 stones, only discernable on close examination, priced
accordingly. Vintage costume jewelry.

AMETHYST COLOR BROOCH So lovely it speaks for itself. The marquise rhinestones
fan across the top and sizes scale down as they circle to the bottom,
where a beautiful marquise rhinestone makes the finishing
touch. The large, faceted amethyst oval is unfoiled and set in a
multitude of claw prongs. The metal is gray, similar
to that used by Regency. No signature on this piece, 2
3/4 inches, in very good condition . It appears that a locking
mechanism has been professionally added, perhaps in place of a simple C
clasp. Vintage costume jewelry circa 1930-40.

SCARAB CHARM BRACELET *** SET *** Five natural mineral, carved scarabs dangle from a simple gold
tone 7 1/8 inch wrist chain. The scarabs are blue
chalcedony, pink rhodonite, black onyx, carnelian, &
quartz Cats-Eye. Like new excellent condition, still with the hang
tag "Belle Designs Genuine Scarab". Matching pierced
post black onyx earrings.

STUNNING CABS ~ PURPLE OPAL-AMBER ART GLASS *** set *** Antiqued gold tone, leaf links, each has a larger and a
smaller art glass cabachon. The art glass is best
described as amber with a glowing cellophane like purple which moves
about as the light reflects on it. The BRACELET is 7 1/8 inch
in excellent condition. The NECKLACE is adjustable to 17
inches. Not marked, it was in a box
marked Sibley's Department Store of Rochester, New York, and thought
