Masters of Glass, the German industry outdid themselves on this.  You must click on the thumbnail to see the perfection of the elongated pyramidal shapes.   Intense amethyst in color, the long facets catch the light and give a lively display.   Set in gold tone, with mil grain bezels, the 14 links are 3/4 inches wide and 3/8 inches high.  7 3/8 inches long, fastens with a spring ring, fits an average wrist.  There is a small repair to one link, well done & secure.   Vintage costume jewelry circa 1920-30.

STERLING FROND LINK BRACELET

Graceful fronds framed in sterling, open ovals.   The BRACELET is made particularly attractive by the fine detail of the tiny joining links, which are a solid square with four "facets" coming to a point in the center, giving an impression of marcasite.  Marked Sterling on the clasp and one link.   The links are curved to conform to the curve of the wrist and the bracelet is 7 1/2 inches long x 1/2 inch wide, with a foldover clasp.    Excellent condition, vintage estate jewelry.

GENUINE CINNABAR BROOCH

True Cinnabar is many, many layers of lacquer applied thickly on a wooden surface and then deeply hand carved.   The lacquer is made from beetles and the red color comes from the mineral Cinnabar.   This is an old and authentic Cinnabar brooch, circa late 1930s, marked China on the back side, 2 1/4 inches wide.  The back is brass and the front is overlaid with silver (probably 800 silver) in a double scallop, applied granulation & layered frame with handwoven filigree bezel around the cinnabar. The back is mottled with age, the front is in excellent condition. latching style clasp and the pin stem probably is a replacement.

CULTURED PEARLS, GOLD FILLED 9160's BRACELET

Three real cultured pearls are set across the top of this 1960s bangle BRACELET.   The surface of the bracelet is slightly concave and is finished the entire way around in florentine texture.   Originally sold in fine jewelry stores, this one is in excellent condition.   Vintage estate jewelry, 3/8 inches wide,  2 1/2 inches across fits an average size wrist.  Hidden box clasp and safety latch.

The BROOCH is a beauty, see the enlargement side view to get an idea of how the cluster of three flowers are tilted to accomplish a very fetching design.   The centers are faceted black ovals, surrounded by very long, narrow clear baguette rhinestones, all hand soldered and prong set by hand in silver tone.   The brooch measures about 2 1/2 inches x 2 inches.  The clip back EARRINGS measure 1 1/2 inches x 1 1/4 inches.  Vintage costume jewelry, high quality, this set is not marked, and it came in with some other fabulous jewelry, some of which originated in Germany, some was Eisenberg.
