Still in the original box, marked "Hand Set - KD - Sterling", and in mint condition.   Rhodium plated, the NECKLACE front piece is 2 1/4 inches wide and the total length is about 15 inches.  Rose motif, the matching screw-back EARRINGS are 3/4 inches.   Bright and shiny as the day they were made,  they will stay that way due to the heavy rhodium plate, these GLITTER.   Vintage costume jewelry, circa 1940.

SPARKLING COLORS OF THE EVENING SKY

LATTICE FLOWER BROOCH

Open lattice work appears to be triple cords in gold tone, woven together.  The center petals is silver tone and set with rhinestones.  The two are joined by a tight rivet.   Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition by JJ, circa 1960.

Narrow, gold tone mesh BRACELET with four 'slides' permanently attached.  The slides are a double faux, simulated pearl, a simulated garnet heart, a faux, simulated turquoise snake, and a faux, simulated turquoise three leaf flower.   Vintage costume jewelry, very good condition, 71/4 x 1/4 inches.

DEMI PARURE ~  UNUSUAL & STUNNING

Exceptionally well done and finely detailed set of jewelry.  The eye catching centerpiece is the large  art glass cabochons ... clear on the top but embedded in the bottom with lime-y yellow & gold flakes.  All pieces are generously embellished with medium and large jonquil light yellow rhinestones.  The BRACELET is graduated in size, 1 1/2 at the center and narrowing to  5/8 inches at the fold over clasp.  Each link is cast filigree in a foliate pattern and sits over and is riveted to an under frame.  All antiqued, gold tone surfaces are finished with mock engraving.   The length of the bracelet is 7 1/4 inches and will fit an average wrist. Matching clip EARRINGS are 1 1/2 inches.  The PENDANT is on a particularly beautiful, detailed and bulky chain, with a smaller chain around the nape of the neck for comfort.  Note the mock engraved bail, and did you see that a dragon protects the fringe of foxtail chain at the bottom?  The necklace is adjustable to 18 1/2 inches, the fall of the pendant including bail is 5 1/2 inches.  Vintage costume jewelry, excellent condition.

PERFUME SPRAYER BROOCH

Pump bug sprayers were popular in households during the 40s and 50s and were used to spray an array of pest, including flies, with 'goodness knows what' chemicals.  Perhaps it was inevitable that they were made in miniature and used for spraying perfume.  This brooch is a working sprayer attached to the mother pin on a retractable metal chain, allowing it to be pulled away & used to spray ear lobes and wrists.  Vintage costume jewelry, brass, sprayer measures 2 1/2 in., excellent condition.
