HATTIE CARNEGIE LIVELY EARRINGS

The colors are subtle but lively, the composition is smashing!       The basis of the design is "black diamond" rhinestones, all prong set, in two levels to create a domed effect. .  From the center is the first bead dangle, a small silvery, aurora borealis faceted bead.  Additional dangles drape from the bottom of the  floret and have clear, faceted beads, black diamond aurora borealis beads and some clear bi-cone spacers.  Lush in execution, somewhat Juliana in style,  this set will blend with anything and will come to life under night lights.      Clip EARRINGS, 1 1/4 inch.  Like new excellent condition, not signed, but I recently sold the same earrings with a necklace and the necklace was signed  Hattie Carnegie.

Double strand of coral color glass in various shapes, showing striations of color.   The beads are graduated in size from 14 mm in the front to 7.5 mm.    Spacer beads are "slices" of "branch coral" shape,  increasing the visual interest.   The clasp is a huge coral color cabochon, set in dog-tooth gold tone prongs and surrounded by a circlet of rhinestones.  19 inches long, signed Hattie Carnegie on an oval cartouche soldered to the back of the clasp.    Matching clip EARRINGS, 3/4 inches x 3/8 inches in depth, signed Carnegie in script on the clip.    Vintage costume jewelry in very good condition.

JULIANA STYLE *** SET ***, BY CATHE'

Juliana often used these speckled glass stones, sometimes called "Easter Egg".  These are a pastel plum color spattered with white, yellow and green, and they are embellished with rose aurora borealis rhinestones.   The style of setting, in silver tone, is more common to Judy Lee and Cathe'.   The BROOCH is 2 1/2 inches, the clip EARRINGS are 1 1/4 inch.    Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition, circa 1960, marked Cathe'.

CINER ENAMEL BRACELET

It's a beauty!   Transparent green enamel allows a linear metal pattern to show through, and is bisected by opaque primary yellow enamel.   In pristine condition, it was never worn by the previous owner as the clasp was too tight (has been corrected).  Seven inches x 1 1/4 inches, circa 1960s.

Sinuous, rounded flexible BRACELET, made to imitate the best of diamond jewelry.  Heavily rhodium plated, the bracelet is made of 75 links designed to fit closely together.  The 300 or so rhinestones are layered in rows of clear and emerald green.  Finely made, exquisite design & workmanship.  Vintage costume jewelry, excellent condition, measures 8 inches long x just over 1/2 inch wide. CINER *** SET ***

Pierced pinwheel design by Ciner with ruby red,  sapphire blue & clear glass rhinestones plus faux, simulated turquoise glass cabochons, set in gold tone.  The earrings are shown on page 131 Best of Costume Jewelry by Schiffer, price guide for the earrings (only) $150-200, and dated 1959.   Please note that one of these earrings was originally mis-set by the maker.  The center floret does not follow the alternating blue and red pattern.  I will correct this or leave as is, as you wish.  BROOCH is 1 1/2 inches, clip EARRINGS are 3/4 inches.   Good buy for the set.
