JOMAZ EARRINGS ~ PEACOCK COLORS

The petals are enameled with peacock blue and peacock green, both inside and outside these flower EARRINGS.   The top bell shape part shows three petals in blue and, inside the cup of petals, three additional petals in blue.   The turned-down petals are in green.   All petals are framed  in a thick, "natural" bumpy texture in an "old" gold color.   The small point at the bottom is finished in white and set with rhinestones.   Quality clip EARRINGS,  marked Jomaz, cast in two parts and joined with a rivet.  Marked Jomaz on the clips,  1 1/8 inches long, about 1/2 inch depth, click on the thumbnail to see side & back views.  Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition, circa 1960.

MAGNIFICENCE..............by JOMAZ

This one takes my breath away with its brilliance & simplicity of design, competence of execution, and size.  Four inches long, the inside curl of the leaf is almost finger thick.   The forward curl is paved with rhinestones on silver tone, and there is a mil grain finish along the edges.  The recessed part of the curl is gold tone and richly finished with a deep florentine which radiates from the central stem of the leaf section.   Signed Jomaz, considered to be one of the best designers of his time, this one imitates fine, diamond jewelry.   Thought to be circa 1960s.    Exceptional costume jewelry BROOCH in like new condition.

 TASTEFUL JOMAZ ~ *** SET ***

This rates a Best of the Best in design.  Two leaf shapes are intertwined.  The part of the leaf frame that is leaf design is gold tone, the other parts of the frame are silver tone and embedded with rhinestones in either a split double row or a single row with scallops on he edge.   The interior space has been filled with faux, simulated pearls and a few rhinestone.    The BROOCH, in heavy rhodium plate, is 1 3/4 inches.  It has about a half dozen grayed rhinestones.  * Since the stones have been set by a jeweler with a tiny bead of metal pushed over the stones, no attempt should be made to replace these and it should be enjoyed just as it is.   The matching clip EARRINGS are 1 inch.    Costume vintage jewelry by one of the Master, in excellent condition (with note regarding rhinestones).
