Dimensional BROOCH, the center, cradled in a foliate bed of textured gold tone,  is white rhinestone on filigree, topped by a crown of spiky gold tone centered by an emerald green glass cabochon.  The unusual 2 1/2 inch BROOCH is signed by Napier.   Cast in three parts, in two metal colors and joined by two rivets.    Vintage costume jewelry in excellent condition.

ELEGANT DESIGN *** SET ***
